It’s not the season for the roses in the garden, but why not make some of them using paper to create an original gift for Valentine’s Day?

Here’s a simple DIY idea that requires patience and attention to detail. The goal is to create a beautiful heart covered with paper roses, in varying shades of pink and red – perfect for expressing love in a personal way, while being mindful of the environment and seasonality.
Materials:
Step-by-step :
Cut a heart shape (mine measures approximately 90mm).
Cut circles of the same size from the origami papers (here 45mm in diameter).
Cut spirals into each paper circle.
Roll each spiral from the outside to the inside. Add a small dot of glue to maintain the shape of the flower.
Attach each rose to the paper heart with glue.
A simple but creative DIY to give a lovely gift for someone you love or just to decorate for Valentine’s Day!
