DIY – Clown Curls 🤡

Today, let’s make a super quick and easy DIY with minimal supplies—plus, you can recycle some cardboard pieces!

Material :

• Piece of cardboard

• Scissors 

• Colored paper 

• Paper glue

• Ruler 

• Pencil 

• Paint marker (like Posca) or a regular felt tips for the clown’s face

Step-by-step:

1. Cut out a 15 cm diameter circle from the cardboard and glue a colored A4 paper.

2. Draw and color in a fun clown face.

3. Draw dotted lines across the paper (this will be the clown’s future curls)

👧 Now it’s the kid’s turn!

4. Cut along the dotted lines (with supervision if the scissors get too enthusiastic).

5. Wrap each strip around a pencil to curl the paper.

A fun activity to boost fine motor skills… and to prevent some weird haircuts on the cat 🐱✂️

Tip: if you don't want a hairless clown by accident, don’t make the strips too thin 😅
