Totoro is a magical, legendary forest spirit.
Children love the gentleness of this character who protects plants and even helps them to grow.
So we drew and painted Totoro and his family on a terracotta pot to help our new plant grow.

Optional: pencil, black posca marker for outlines
Step-by-step:
1. Optional: draw the outline of the design in pencil
2. Paint the different motifs and let to dry.
3. Fill with soil and plant the plant of your choice
Of course, you can paint whatever you like on the pot. I wanted to do the Totoro family and the noiraudes, but the children made colourful pots with lines, polka dots and flowers.
